Once organization has been pre-qualified, Xtreme Webover will send a link to fill out a web design questionnaire. This crucial step in the design phase provides a thorough understanding of your personal style and essential requirements, making it an invaluable tool for us.

Turnaround time is about three weeks. However, this timeframe may fluctuate depending on how many edits are submitted to complete the website and assuming no unexpected disruptions beyond our control (such as holidays, illness, etc.) occur. Once complete, you will receive an initial draft of your project to review. This will include both a tailored desktop version and a mobile version.

To begin the production process, all website content and photos must be supplied. If you don't have your own photography, the designer will select images from the free WIX image library. All copy you'd like on your website should be submitted in either Microsoft Word or Google Doc format and images should be properly named. Please note, if the resolution or size of provided images does not meet design specifications, alternate images will need to be purchased or supplied by you. Xtreme Webover is not liable for any copyright infringement on any content or image(s) provided by your organization.

We will set up either a Dropbox or Google Drive folder (you choose which platform) for file sharing for which you will receive an invitation to the folder via email. You may upload all files for the project, such as your logo, content documents, photos, etc. All copy you'd like on your website should be submitted in either Microsoft Word or Google Doc format and images should be properly named.

Xtreme Webover will provide you with a link to preview your website while it's under development. This will allow you to add comments for edits you would like our designer to make. Once those are done, we will ask you to review all of the changes and provide your final approval before the site goes live.

Upon the organizations approval of the website, it will be transferred from the designer's WIX account to your WIX account, giving you full control and access for self-maintenance. After the transfer is complete, the designer will no longer have access to the website to make changes.

Yes! The reason why we use WIX is so that you aren't tethered to a programmer once the project is complete. We will send you links to WIX resources so that you may learn how to make edits on your own plus we will provide a one-hour online training session for your team.

You are responsible for purchasing both your domain name (we recommend GoDaddy for easy integration), plus annual hosting through WIX to enable website installation, application of your domain, and removal of WIX ads.

Xtreme Webover will assist in connecting your domain to your WIX website. Connecting your domain name to WIX requires a premium account or above. We will also ask that you provide us with access to your domain server company so that we are able to connect your domain name to WIX.

On average, domain registration costs can range from as low as $10 to $50 per year. The cost of registering a domain name can vary depending on various factors, including the domain registrar you choose and the specific top-level domain (TLD) you wish to register (e.g., .com, .org, .net).

You are responsible for purchasing web hosting with WIX. We will send you instructions just before your site is ready to be transferred to you on how to set up your account. Annual hosting costs will depend on the plan WIX plan you choose.
